These neighborhood guides are designed for use with our own High Magic Lowlives, but may also be used as settings and story hooks for any game with a grounded urban fantasy city setting (like Lighthearted, Blades in the Dark, any number of Forged in the Dark games including Slugblaster,  and many post-dungeon fantasy games). 

Pearl Crest is located on the west side of the shining city of Hycadia. In this neighborhood, beautiful Langford Park surrounds the exclusive Pearl Way Community like an oyster surrounds a particularly irritating piece of sand.

This neighborhood guide provides details on transportation, utilities, landmarks of local culture, and sites of significant interest in Pearl Crest - everything you need for whatever heists and hijinks you may get up to.

Highlights include the throbbing blood raves at Malin Warehouse E (Draven Lessard sure can party!),  Dueling Point (the  hottest spot for the coolest duels), and Kissers' Pond (at least, it was a highlight until that huge mean goose moved in).
