These neighborhood guides are designed for use with our own High Magic Lowlives, but may also be used as settings and story hooks for any game with a grounded urban fantasy city setting (like Lighthearted, Blades in the Dark, any number of Forged in the Dark games including Slugblaster,  and many post-dungeon fantasy games).

This neighborhood guide provides details on transportation, utilities, landmarks of local culture, and sites of significant interest in Bole View - everything you need for whatever heists and hijinks you may get up to.

Highlights include Vouloir la Magie Parfumerie (finest source of magical perfumes), Ye Olde Crystal Shoppe (older than Hycadia itself, with the tunnel system to prove it!), and of course, Alcie's unlicensed potion shop (not for snitches).
