Welcome to College Park, a High Magic Lowlives neighborhood!

College Park is the fourth of 12 High Magic Lowlives and other ttrpg-compatible city neighborhood guides we're releasing in 2023. These neighborhood guides are designed for use with our own High Magic Lowlives, but may also be used as settings and story hooks for any game with a grounded urban fantasy city setting (like Lighthearted, Blades in the Dark, any number of Forged in the Dark games including Slugblaster,  and many post-dungeon fantasy games).

College Park is home to Hycadia's own Widney College - a highly exclusive bastion of magical arts and sciences. As they say at Widney, “attend school where your grandfather did!”

This neighborhood guide provides details on transportation, utilities, landmarks of local culture, and sites of significant interest in College Park - everything you need for whatever heists and hijinks you may get up to.

Highlights include the old Astrology Tower on Widney's campus (check out that exclusive view!), Dingaling Ice Cream (no one can resist the ice cream sandwiches made with freshly baked cookies!) and the June Harriman Garden (where locals grow vegetables to supplement their meager diets!)
